The changes are:
1. fixed the unstability of iLock since last version
2. fixed the problem that Caller ID of a Call Waiting will not be shown when "CloseApp" is 1
3. added 2 options "NoSuspendMode" & "SafeMode" that are Power Management related, please read below for details
4. some bugs fixed (SPB Weather sometimes show N/A)

How to use/install this patch
=============================
1. You must have v1.18 installed first.
2. stop iLock - "iLock & slide are closed" will be shown.
3. extract all the files & overwrite the installed files with them.
4. start iLock & SLIDE.
"NoSuspendMode" & "SafeMode"
===========================
If your device does not have any abnormal behaviour with the previous version, you may ignore these settings.
When "NoSuspendMode" is set to 1, the "OffLCD" & "ACOffLCD" will be disabled. It'll untouch the Power Management and leave it back to the OS.
When "SafeMode" is set to 1, iLock will not enter the "Unattended mode" (this is a special mode for the background jobs to run but without turning on the LCD). The device may need to soft-reset for "SafeMode" to be enabled.
Installation
1. stop iLock
2. new a registry key "NoPowerSuspend" (DWORD) & set it to 1 (optional)
3. new a registry key "SafeMode" (DWORD) & set it to 1 (optional)
4. soft-reset if "SafeMode" is just added
5. start iLock & SLIDE
You may use any combination of these 2 settings. And remember to restart iLock everytime there is any settings changed.
How to enable/disable Caller ID
===============================
Please read this session thoroughly before attempting to enable the CallerID setting, otherwise it'll not work & you may need to soft-reset your device.
1. Please disable other 3rd party Caller ID apps.
2. stop iLock.
3. set "CallerID" to 1 (fullscreen mode) or 2 (thumbnail mode)
4. start iLock & SLIDE
5. try to call your device again. If there is no new Caller ID, please use the method mentioned in v1.18.
6. see the new Caller ID, enjoy!
It's suggested to set "CloseApp" to 0, otherwise you'll have to wait more than 1 second before you know who's calling. The downside is it'll eat about 5.5M RAM.
As displaying a Caller ID screen is a mission critical job, pls install SLIDE in device instead of Storage Card.
Sometimes, the Caller ID screen may come out more than a second after the ring begins, but it's out of iLock's control.
Pls do not use the built-in PIN LOCK, otherwise the Caller ID will not be shown up properly.
